I’m Lucie, mamma coach, singer/writer/creative and far from a perfect mama.
My passion for helping moms started with my own transformation, when it hit me like a ton of bricks that this mamahood game was not for the faint-hearted.
Desperate to know that it wasn’t just me, I searched for the answers outside and in.
I began to write for the women that were to follow me so that they could ease into this new chapter smoother than I did.
