Just months into motherhood, I felt overwhelmed by the lack of time I had to do even basic tasks like writing an email.
(And even now with my second baby on the scene, the days can seem to merge together.)
I knew I wasn’t the only one.
I wanted to find a way to get organized, so I took to searching online – but to my despair, all I could find were extreme productivity hacks like getting up before dawn every day and working yourself to the ground.
I had a good long think about it, and eventually came up with a way to make more time and space for myself, whilst still giving to my children.
These are the formulas I’m now sharing with you in Feel and Flow.
